Weekly Meditations!

It is a great way to take a small break in your day. Read the Meditation, sit comfortably, close your eyes if you like, and notice how you are feeling, then take a deep breath, and let go, relax and allow your imagination to take you away. Enjoy!

Take a trip to a Fair which came to town.  Walk through the different attractions and feel the excitement around you.  The main attraction is a large Russian Wheel, you stand in the line and wait for your turn.  You get in your seat and start the journey to the top of the Wheel, the spectacular views are being reveled to you.   Look around, notice the temperature, the breeze, sunshine on your skin.  Stop the Wheel and stay on the top as long as you want, relax, and enjoy!

You have decided to make a short movie.  Take a moment to decide if you want to make a documentary, comedy, romantic movie or a drama.  Think about the characters in your movie, how they look like, what are their personalities. Where and when is the setting of your movie.  Start writing the script…. it does not have to be perfect…. let anything that comes to you come…. as if the movie was writing itself….

Imagine being on a Cruise in the Caribbean on a beautiful sunny day.  You are sitting on the deck, enjoying your favorite fruits, looking around… Notice everything what is around you, the colors, smells and sounds.  There is a band playing Caribbean music, and some people are dancing.  You can stay on your chair, or join the dance, or go into the pool while watching the ocean around you.  Enjoy this great day!

Give yourself a permission to do nothing.  Stay in bed as long as you like, maybe the whole day…. You have a cup of delicious tea with honey or maybe a glass of lemonade if you prefer… Reach out for a book you wanted to read for a long time or a movie you wanted to see… Enjoy this relaxing day, when there is nothing you have to do!

Imagine lying down in your favorite spot, it can be in your house, in a place from your childhood, outside in the nature, or even a place you have never been. It is a place which feels safe, cozy and relaxing. You open an old book with fairy tails and it happens that you open it on the page with your favorite childhood tale. Let your self feel the positive sensation it brings and start reading… seeing the tale develop in front of you…

Look around and down at the earth… everything is suddenly smaller, creating a bigger picture… Enjoy the shapes and colors and rest in the calmness of the sky!

Imagine sitting on a white sand beach, close your eyes and listen to the sound of the ocean. You can feel the warmth of the sun on your body. Imagine there is a green colored cloud and a green colored light falling down. This beautiful color is falling on to your body and you can imagine it entering inside your body and washing away anything what you do not want right now… Let this green shower fall as long as you want…. and then imagine a cloud of purple colored light falling down and filling out your body and washing away… When you let go of the purple, imagine one more cloud…. this time is is a beautiful golden white light. Let this light fall out the cloud and surround you on the beach…. Sit there as long as you like and enjoy the positive feelings in your body…

Imagine going for a horse ride on Hawaiian Island.  You are introduced to a beautiful horse and you can immediately feel the connection.  Mount the horse and start on a trail… smell the air, feel the sun on your skin, and look around.  It is an amazing view, you have a fantastic day in front of you.  Notice how your body is feeling, feel the excitement of the horse underneath.  Enjoy the adventure which is awaiting!

Imagine getting into a plane, taking off and flying for a trip to the desert. You are looking out of the window and watching the mountains and miles and miles of brownish red desert. The airplane lands on a small airport and you have the whole day to enjoy the calmness and the beauty of this place. You decide to take a walk feeling the heat of the sun and watching the sand and rocks around you. Find a place to sit and enjoy the view, look at the various plants which have adapted to the hot conditions and maybe you will see a lizard or a bird enjoying the peaceful moment as you are… Let your imagination take you through this day and enjoy!
